This is a Meopta Magnola triple-extension folding field plate camera. It was made starting in 1949 in the Czech Republic after the country was nationalized by the Soviet Union.
This camera was modeled after the Linhof Technica II. It is set up for 13x18cm film/plates but can but can be used with other formats up to 5x7 if the appropriate film holders are used.
This camera comes with:

-Ten metal 9x12 adapters
